Do you accept returns?

RETURNS POLICY

Items in their original condition are eligible for returns within 28 days of the item being received by the customer. Shipping charges are not included.

HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY

Orders placed between the 15th November and 25th December are eligible for extended holiday returns until 22nd January.

How do I fit the product?

Fitting a new radio system can be confusing, so we have created tutorials demonstrating how it is done. These can be found below, or on our YouTube Channel.

We also offer free support for all our customers. If you find any issues when installing or while using the product, you can contact us using the Contact Form and a member of the team will answer your questions.

Will you stock items for new vehicles?

We're only getting started, so stock is limited at the moment, however we plan on expanding our range of products to many other cars.

If you don't see your vehicle model listed, reach out using the Contact Form and we will try and source a compatible unit.

What are your delivery times?

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail - Tracked 48 Hour Delivery, free of charge.

Items shipped to the EU are sent with Royal Mail 3 - 10 day delivery depending on location.

Other international countries shipping times may vary depending on location.

Return Policies

RETURNS POLICY

You have 28 calendar days to request a return or refund of an order from the date you received it. To request a return, use our Contact Form referencing your order number within 28 days from receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Damaged or Modified Products

We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer or modified in any way. This includes, but is not limited to damages caused by attempted installation, customization, or alteration of the product.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Overall Good

Good addition to my car works very well however some of the apps don’t load on mine could be due to poor wifi as I can only connect it to my phone. YouTube works fine and car play very good worth the price for what you get

It works

This is just an Android device that runs an app for carplay. Everything worked well. I did have a little difficult time setting it up because the directions were vague and I have never installed a head unit before with a CANbus. Customer service helped me work through problems I had and responded in a short time. I ended up returning the device because it didn't pull up carplay fast enough for me. I timed it to an average of 40 seconds before apple carplay would open up. A good looking product nonetheless. I have a 2014 Jetta.

Customer service was great they were very helpful and called to help me install it. The CarPlay works perfectly. I've experienced some difficulty when trying to connect a different phone and it takes awhile to change over but other than that everything is perfect.

Car play works great installed in a 2014 Amarok, and I must say that i am very impressed. Connects in moments after turning on the car and is very easy to use after installation.
