Thank you for shopping at Carsmetics. We strive to provide high-quality products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS POLICY

You have 28 calendar days to request a return or refund of an order from the date you received it. To request a return, use our Contact Form referencing your order number within 28 days from receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY

Orders placed from 15th November to 25th December [inclusive] are eligible for extended holiday returns until 22nd January of the following year.

Damaged or Modified Products

We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer or modified in any way. This includes, but is not limited to damages caused by attempted installation, customization, or alteration of the product.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
