Returns
You have 14 calendar days to request to return or refund an item from the date you received it.
To request a return, simply email us using our Contact Form referencing your order number within 14 days from receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
* Return Policy from 1/12/2024 to 25/12/2024 allows for 28 day to contact for a return, from the day or receiving your order
Damaged or Modified Products
We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer or modified in any way.
This includes, but is not limited to, attempted installation, customization, or alteration of the product.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
