All items to the UK are shipped with Royal Mail - Next Day Delivery (tracked and signed), free of charge.

Items shipped to the EU, are sent with Royal Mail, free of charge, and should take 3 - 6 working days.

We accept returns on any orders within 14 days of receiving the product, for any reason.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, we will replace the product free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or because the customer purchased the wrong product (if this is the case, please see Returns Policy).

To make a claim under this warranty, please use the Contact Form with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your claim and may request additional information or photos if necessary.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product at no cost to you. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a comparable product of equal or greater value.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It is void if the product has been tampered with or modified in any way.
